How is shipping calculated?

Shipping to the Continental United States:

$8 for pre-tax retail orders of up to $74.99, after all discounts have been applied.

Free for pre-tax retail orders of $75.00 or more, after all discounts have been applied.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, FPOs, APOs, and US Territories:

Actual shipping costs based on the purchaser's choice of USPS or UPS, regardless of order amount.
